7c779's commitment to responsible gaming
Entertainment should never become a problem — 7c779 gives that assurance to every player. Learn how to stay safe, set limits, and get help when you need it.
Why is responsible gaming important?
Online betting and casino games can be a great source of entertainment — but only when enjoyed in a controlled way. At 7c779, we believe every player has the right and the opportunity to know their own limits. Responsible gaming is not just about managing money — it also means maintaining a balance between time, mental health, and family life.
Our platform is for people aged 21 and above only. Minors have no way to create an account or play games — this is our strict policy. We provide various tools and features to help you keep your gaming experience safe and enjoyable.
Remember: Betting or casino games are never a reliable source of income. They are entirely for entertainment. If you feel that gaming is affecting your life negatively, contact us right away.
Our protection tools
7c779 has several effective measures in place to protect players, which can be activated at any time from your account settings.
Deposit Limit
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on your deposits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. A 24-hour cooling-off period applies when increasing a limit.
Time-Out Break
If you want to take a break for a few days, use the time-out feature. You can choose a period from 1 day to 6 weeks. During this time you will not be able to log in or place any bets.
Self-Exclusion
Choose self-exclusion to stop playing for an extended period. Options range from 6 months to permanent. You cannot reverse this decision — that is its strength.
Betting History Review
View your complete deposit, withdrawal, and betting history from your account. Understand your own patterns and change habits if needed.
24/7 Support
Reach our Bangla-speaking live chat support team any time, day or night. We are here for any concern or question you may have.
Age Verification
Age verification is mandatory at registration. No one under 21 can use this platform — that is our commitment.
Signs of problematic gaming
If you notice even one of the following signs in yourself or someone you know, it is time to take a break or seek help.
- Tendency to bet more in order to recover lost money
- Hiding gaming activity from family or friends
- Spending beyond a set budget and feeling regret
- Feeling unable to stop playing
- Continuing to play despite financial difficulties
- Feeling restless or irritable when not playing
- Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities
- Borrowing money or dipping into savings to play
Golden rules for safe gaming
🎯 Play for entertainment only — not in the hope of earning. Betting is primarily a fun activity, not a source of income.
💳 Set a budget beforehand — decide on a fixed amount before you play. Use the deposit limit feature.
⏰ Stick to a time limit — do not play beyond a set amount of time each day. Keep the time-out feature active.
🧘 Do not play under stress — avoid playing when you are angry, sad, or stressed. Enjoy entertainment with a clear mind.
🔄 Take regular breaks — take short breaks rather than long sessions. Rest for a moment every hour.
Self-exclusion: the step-by-step process
If you feel you need a break, the self-exclusion process can be completed in just a few minutes.

Notify support (optional)
If you wish, let our live chat support know — they will help you complete the process.
Deposit limits and financial safety
At 7c779, the minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800. These limits are set so that players can participate in a controlled way.
You can choose stricter limits on your account:
- Set a maximum daily deposit amount
- Set a weekly spending cap
- Keep your total monthly betting budget limited
- Set a maximum amount per single bet
Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour wait — this helps avoid decisions made on impulse.
21+ age mandatory policy
Online betting in Bangladesh is for adults only. You must be at least 21 years old to create an account on 7c779.
We ensure minor protection through the following steps:
- Date of birth verification at registration
- Requesting additional documents for suspicious accounts
- Investigating reports of underage use
- Immediate action on parental complaints
If a minor in your household could gain access to your account, change your password immediately and notify support.
